As a Board Certified Health & Well-being Specialist, I show people how to experience their Personal Best Version in health and overall well-being, which can happen to anybody right now, regardless of age, ability, or history. I used this approach to set a Guinness World Record at age 54. (Google "Mark Jordan world record")
If you feel like your best is behind you due to:
◉ Lack of time
◉ Lack of energy
◉ Other things blocking the way
How about an approach where you:
◉ Receive 1:1 mentorship, accountability, and support
◉ Incorporate your personal strengths & likes to make it practical
◉ Transform mindset and “heart” set to make it sustainable
I invite you to imagine your version of Your Personal Best right now! There’s no right answer, there’s the version that’s right for you at this time…
...to feel excited, energized, and enthused about things that mean the most to YOU,
What would you be doing differently?
What would you be doing that’s new?
What would you possibly be doing that hasn’t been done before?
Let's discuss your answers to these questions!!

By the time I was 49, I had sustained 3 herniated discs in my lower back, 2 knee surgeries, and
1 hectic lifestyle – you know the kind of life where every single moment of your day is planned, yet when night time comes, you have this sinking feeling that you didn’t get much done (and you certainly didn’t get everything done).

Days of chronic back pain had me laid up in bed at times unable to move. Too often, there were episodes where I took painkillers to get through the tough days and sleep at night. Combined with that physical experience at 49 was the experience of being downsized from a company that I had been with, in a career capacity for almost 20 years.
Talk about feeling like my BEST was behind me… I was wondering if I would even make it to 60!
But then, I realized a simple truth: Life happens to us, but we happen right back to Life!
When that sunk into my brain at age 49 amidst my pain, my declines, my stresses, and my uncertainties, it was like a light, a glow, and a musical chord all rolled into one.
It let me know that I could make a difference given my true desire to experience that difference. It ignited my belief in what that desired difference would bring and it inspired my plan that was designed for me to anticipate the outcome I truly desired.
So as I entered into my 50’s I began to apply these new things with incredible results in how I felt and performed.
✅ I began to feel like I had never felt before and as a result, I started doing things I had never done before.
✅ I actually accomplished something no one else had done before up to that time – A Guinness World Record for most pull-ups done within a 24-hour period! (You can google ‘Mark Jordan world record’ to see what I’m talking about).
✅ I discovered what it was like to experience my Personal Best in Health and Wellbeing.
I want you to know that your health and well-being are simply manifestations of what is going on inside. When good things are going on inside you, it feels wonderful! It impacts what’s happening to you, through you, and around you……it becomes your way of happening right back to Life!

I have been a lifelong health and nutrition enthusiast. But it wasn’t until my 50s that I broke a Guinness World Record.
- In my 20s, I focused on track sprinting.
- In my 30s, I focused on heavy weight lifting, including 3 years of competitive bodybuilding.
- In my 40s, I focused on long-distance road cycling.

- In my 50s, I combined all previous activities into a cross-functional training regimen that I continue to use to optimize my level of health and conditioning.
By 2014, I had completed 4,321 pull-ups within 24 hours at the age of 54 — topping the previous record of 4,210 from a man nearly half my age.
How?
There was so much more to it than just healthy eating and exercise. Managing stress, optimizing sleep, mindful awareness, and discovering your meaningful version of purpose were all major factors. For me, supporting a transformation in mindset and 'heart' set makes the approach sustainable.
It all boils down to what YOUR personal goals are.
Once you have 20/20 vision, the rest becomes crystal clear.

Let me share something as a guy who didn’t reach peak performance until his 50s…
I didn’t always have this, and it didn’t happen just ‘all of a sudden-like.’
I can say that for me, it happened later in life, and I’d like to emphasize that “later in life” is not a requirement.

I didn’t always have this, and it didn’t happen just ‘all of a sudden-like.’
I can say that for me, it happened later in life, and I’d like to emphasize that “later in life” is not a requirement.
I’d also like to emphasize that “later in life” is NOT an obstacle – for those of you who are at a later stage and feel like your best is behind you.
I’ve found that, with age, you can gain additional tools to enhance your well-being and allow your best years to be NOW, regardless of your age when you start.
I personally have only increased my levels of energy and excitement as I’ve aged by understanding two truths:
1. To get a ‘desired different result,’ I have to try new and different approaches. Trying to do only what I had done up to this point would lower performance, increase pain, and increase stress.
2. There’s so much more to success with health and well-being than what you eat and how you exercise. To get that truly desired result, I had time to research, study, train, and, inevitably, become board-certified in what those additional things are.
My goal is to share this message with one million people, regardless of age, ability, or history.
If this resonates with you and you’re ready for personal transformation, reach out to me so we can set up a time to talk.
